Pearson, the head of Phoeynx, has been working with me for the past year; starting when I moved into a newly constructed home.
He has done a wide variety of things, from building wooden stairs, painting, and installing metal shelving in the garage and basement, plus many other projects.
Pearson carefully plans; especially for things he’s not done before, and checks in to ensure that he’s meeting expectations. His work is always meticulous and gets the work done on time.
Pearson shows up when planned, and doesn’t stop until the project is finished.
He is very bright, personable and communicates well.
